How the sessions work

A closer look at the 4-week intensive
Apply for a placeLimited spaces. By application.

Say what you want. Stay present when it matters.

Watch your relationships change.

In session

Each in-person session is three hours

We move between conversation, embodied practice, and hands-on work.

We start with what’s real.

What’s been happening in your life.
Where things have felt off.
Where you’ve avoided something, or held something back.

From there, we work in real-time:

  • noticing what’s happening in your body
  • staying present as discomfort rises
  • saying what’s actually true
  • tracking the patterns that usually run automatically

This isn’t advice.

It’s practice.

This is where things shift

Session include:

conversation, reflection, and embodied practice

hands-on bodywork

integration, reflection, and next steps

ongoing support between sessions (WhatsApp)

Bodywork

Bodywork is included in each in-person session

We take what’s been explored in the session and continue the work through the body.

We work with touch, breath, and awareness to bring you into direct contact with what’s happening beneath the pattern as it shows up.

You’re guided to stay connected to your experience throughout — noticing sensation, allowing what’s there, and staying present as things shift.

The pace is slow and responsive, led by your system in the moment.

You can read more about the structured somatic process I call Held.

What this requires from you

To get the most from this, you need to be willing to:

  • be honest about what’s actually happening for you
  • stay present when things feel uncomfortable
  • try something different, even when it feels unfamiliar
  • take what you learn into your real life

This isn’t about getting it right.

It’s about staying with it.

At times, this work can feel confronting, exposing, grounding or relieving.

You might notice:

  • the urge to explain or defend
  • the pull to withdraw or smooth things over
  • moments where you want to say something but hesitate

We work with those moments directly.

The nature of this work

This is a space to slow things down enough to actually feel what’s happening — and learn to stay present with it.

We don’t work in theory.
We work with what’s happening in real time.

As you speak, relate, hesitate, or hold back, your patterns begin to reveal themselves — in your body, in your words, and in the space between us.

You’ll receive direct, real-time reflection as it happens, and you’ll be guided to stay with the moment rather than move past it.

This is where change begins.

This is an intimate, relational container — not a sexual service.

We may work with desire, intimacy, and relational charge. The focus is on how you hold yourself within that.

All work is consent-led and held to a high standard of professionalism

This is embodied training

Not theory. Not performance. Not tactics.

Meet Kailani

I work with men who are steady in life, but find relationships harder than they look.

This is real-time, embodied work helping you stay present, say what’s true, and lead yourself more cleanly in connection.

Do you feel it?

This work isn’t for everyone. But if you recognise yourself in this, you’ll know.
