Guided by sensation and the natural movement of your system, we support the release of what’s been held — while staying as grounded and resourced as possible throughout.
This process is designed to support you to:
- Release what’s been held.
- Help your system to move the way it was designed to.
- Work with the felt experience in the body, rather than analysing the story.
Sessions include
Initial exploration (intake / consultation call)
Grounding and guided body awareness practices
Hands-on somatic bodywork (wITH consent)
Real-time guidance to stay present with sensation
Integration and aftercare (optional follow-up)
Sessions are slow, responsive, and led by your system.
